MVPT Physical Therapy in Concord, NH is an orthopedic physical therapy clinic. Our physical therapy team is dedicated to personalized care. Our new office is located adjacent to Citizen’s Bank, at 5 Clinton Street (formerly Granite State Pharmacy) at the intersection of South Street and Clinton Street (Route 13) in Concord. (We are across the street from Tucker’s.) We are in-network for most insurance plans including Medicare, NH Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Tufts and many others.

If attending in-clinic sessions due to COVID is a concern, we also offer telehealth physical therapy sessions.
